Sometimes it takes a little time to know whether something truly fits — especially in your own home. At jaloom, we understand that. That is why you can experience our rugs at home for 30 days. If it is not the right one after all, you can return it free of charge and without hassle.

We also focus on reliability when it comes to shipping:

All orders placed on working days by 1 p.m. leave our warehouse the same day — so your rug can move in as quickly as possible. Delivery usually takes two working days.

If a return is needed, simply send us a short message with your order number — we will take care of the rest and send you a free return label. The full purchase amount will of course be refunded once the return has been received.
