A green stripe in the kitchen looks like a herb bed on the floor. The mix of jute and cotton gives this runner a firm, natural feel. It looks fresh.

Handwoven in India from 80 % jute and 20 % cotton, it lies flat in front of the worktop. With white cupboards the green looks lively, with wooden fronts more rustic, and pots of basil, parsley and rosemary on the windowsill complete the picture of a kitchen where people love to cook.

Blot spills dry. Jute dislikes water. Vacuum regularly.
