What is the Eddy made from?

All of the white Eddy's pile is polyester, spun from a fibre that feels soft and holds its colour. Underneath sits a jute backing, and the whole rug is machine-woven in Turkey. How do I clean spills on the white Eddy?

Polyester does not drink liquid straight away, so a dropped mug leaves you a minute or two to blot with a clean cloth. Use water sparingly on the white pile, and comb it through with a wide-toothed comb so it doesn't mat, as looking after your rug explains. A brush worked against the pile lifts any flattened patch, and the vacuum should run without its rotating brush.
