What makes the Mia a good fit for a kitchen?

The surface is flat and smooth, so crumbs and hair are easy to shake out. As a cotton rug, it feels soft where you stand at the worktop. Both the weave and the backing are cotton, and the Mia was woven by hand in India. Being handmade, it can differ slightly in size.
