Because the weave is flat, the Nele sits close to the floor. Warp and weft together make up both the pattern and the texture, so the surface has a natural, textured look in a deep anthracite grey. The plant fibre behind the anthracite Nele grows back and is biodegradable. Jute prefers to stay dry, so skip damp rooms and soak up any kitchen splashes at once with kitchen roll. A pad slightly smaller than the runner stops corners curling, and hanging it over a banister to beat it out follows our tips on looking after your rug.
