For the Nele in beige, vacuum on a low setting with the brush off, and skip steam. Soak up spills at once with kitchen roll so no ring is left, as our rug care guide advises for jute. A grip pad slightly smaller than the rug stops it from sliding. Nele stays happiest in dry rooms.
