Pale pink, plain and deep: the Breeze in Rosa is a shaggy rug with a soft, even surface in a single colour. Colour does the talking, so it sits happily next to wood, white walls or a grey sofa.

The long pile is 100% polyester on a cotton backing, woven on a machine in China. That gives it a regular, uniform surface from edge to edge. Polyester is soft and holds its colour well, which matters on a pastel shade like this one. Among our Synthetic Fibre Rugs it is a particularly plush one underfoot.

Pink Breeze in the bedroom and nursery

Pink and deep pile suit a bedroom, where you step out of bed onto something soft, and a nursery or older child's room, where it makes a cosy spot for playing on the floor. Lots of people also pick it for a lounge, in front of the sofa. The pastel shade makes it a gentle kids room rug for a younger child. It comes as a rectangle in several sizes, and our size guide helps with the choice. Floors with underfloor heating are fine, so a chilly winter morning is no worry.

How do I keep the pink Breeze fluffy?

Our rug care tips recommend vacuuming with the brush roller switched off and running a wide-toothed comb through the pile now and then so it does not mat. Flat patches left by furniture or a favourite beanbag spring back if you brush them against the lie of the pile.
