Picture a Saturday morning, coffee in hand, bare feet sinking into something soft. A beige round rug in the corner of the lounge makes that easy, and the Breeze is made for exactly that kind of lazy start. It sits well among our Shaggy & High Pile Rugs, and this one has a calm, plain colour that leaves the furniture to do the talking.

Beige polyester pile on a cotton back

On this Breeze, the pile is 100% polyester, with a cotton backing underneath. It's machine woven in China, which gives an even, tidy surface. The beige Breeze is a synthetic fibre rug, and that fibre takes up hardly any moisture, so you have a little time to blot a spilt drink.

A circle rug for living room, bedroom and nursery

A circle breaks up all the straight lines of a room. Put it under a coffee table, beside the bed or in a children's room as a play spot, and it fills a corner that might otherwise feel empty. Softness often matters most in a child's room, and the shaggy pile feels lovely underfoot there. Underfloor heating is fine underneath, if you have it. Tape out a circle on the floor before you pick a diameter with our advice on rug sizes, and the Breeze also comes in other colours such as blue, cream and green.

Looking after your Breeze in beige

Our cleaning advice starts with blotting spills quickly, then dabbing the spot with a cloth dipped in mild soapy water. Vacuum without the rotating brush, run a wide-toothed comb through the pile now and then so it doesn't mat, brush flattened patches against the lie of the fibres, and turn the rug every so often so it wears evenly.
