Pale grey is easy to live with, and this Breeze works with more or less anything: oak floors, white walls, a mustard cushion or a chunky knit throw. As a round rug it softens a room full of straight lines, and it looks right beside an armchair, in a reading corner or in a living room that needs a gentler shape. For children it makes a ready-made play spot, and it works well as a nursery rug.

The deep, fluffy pile is why this shaggy rug feels so soft underfoot. Its 100% polyester pile is a fibre that holds its colour well, and the backing is cotton. It is machine-woven in China, with the same light grey running evenly across the whole circle. Underfloor heating is no problem here. Made from polyester, the grey Breeze sits with our Synthetic Fibre Rugs and it suits a bedroom just as well. Its long, fluffy surface puts it among our Shaggy & High Pile Rugs, and our advice on rug sizes helps you pick the right circle for your corner.

Turn the grey Breeze now and then so the pile wears evenly, and go easy with water. A grippy pad cut slightly smaller than the rug stops this pale circle from sliding, as our care guide explains. Comb the pile out now and then so it doesn't mat, and vacuum without a rotating brush.
