The surface is 100% polyester spun from recycled PET, on a polyester back. This rug is woven by hand in India on a loom, where warp and weft together form the pattern and the firm, flat structure you can feel underfoot. Grey is the version shown here, and you can also choose cream, light green or red. Woven flat from synthetic fibre, the grey rug suits underfloor heating. How do I keep the grey one looking tidy?

Liquid stays on the fibre for a while, so there is time to blot a spill before it marks.
