Rose pink polyester, 100% of it, is spun so finely that it counts as microfibre, which is where the softness comes from. Underneath is a cotton backing. Each Silky is hand-tufted in India: the yarn is guided into the base by hand, and the back is covered with fabric. The shade can look slightly lighter or darker depending on how the light hits the pile and which way you look at it.
