The Lui is 100% wool in the pile, and its back is wool as well. Weavers in India made it by hand, with warp and weft crossing to form its plain structure. Over underfloor heating it is fine. Handmade, it can differ slightly from the listed size, and its pure wool links it to jaloom's wool rugs.

Blot spills on the taupe wool from the outside in with a light cloth, never rubbing. A thread that sticks up gets snipped with scissors and is never pulled, as the care guide says. Regular vacuuming clears the loose fibres that new wool gives off.
