Green Silky yarn is 100% polyester, spun as microfibre, which is very fine yarn and feels soft underfoot. The backing is cotton. This runner is hand-tufted in India, and the surface can look a shade lighter or darker depending on the light and which way you look at it. That is simply how a tufted pile behaves.
